Would you believe that as of January 15, 2009 there are 120 overdue books at the St. Albert Library! We are sending home reminders to all students, who as of January 15, have overdue books.
We encourage the students to accept responsibility for returning library books on time so that other students have the opportunity to enjoy them.
If you have already returned the book(s), thank you!
If you still have the book in your possession, please return it to the library - there will be no fines, we just want the book!
There are also quite a few "lost" books - probably collecting dust somewhere in your homes that you don't even know about!
If you're sure it is lost, the cost to replace the book is on the reminder. Please send that in an envelope with your child's name to the library so the book(s) can be replaced and your child's account cleared.
